Helping families grow closer.

Families come in all forms, and each one faces its own unique set of challenges. Whether you’re dealing with conflict, stress, or a big transition, family counselling can help you work through it as a team. Our counsellors support families experiencing:

  • Relationship stress – parenting, separation or divorce, blended family challenges

  • Past experiences – family trauma, intergenerational conflict, grief and loss

  • Life changes – health concerns, cultural adjustment, or changes in family structure

  • Behavioural concerns – school issues, anger, attention difficulties, bullying, and more

Our goal is to help your family feel more connected, supported, and able to face life’s ups and downs together.

  • Yes. What’s shared in family counselling stays confidential, unless there’s a concern about someone being at risk of harm.

  • We use a method called Feedback Informed Treatment. At each session, you and your family members will fill out a short questionnaire to measure how you're doing. This helps your counsellor understand your level of distress, track progress over time, and adjust the approach if needed to make sure you're getting the best support possible. Our clients consistently achieve the top results nationwide.

  • Session frequency is based on what works best for you and your family. Most families begin with weekly or biweekly sessions. The length of each session can vary depending on your family’s needs—typically ranging from 50 to 90 minutes.
