Life can get overwhelming, but you’re not alone.

Life in your early 20s and 30s can feel like a lot. Whether you’re moving away from home, going to university, starting your career, managing relationships, making big decisions, or juggling the pressure to “get it right,” it’s okay to need support.

Talking with a counsellor can help you:

  • Make sense of what you’re feeling

  • Build confidence and resiliency

  • Learn new coping strategies

  • Work through relationship or family issues

  • Set boundaries that protect your well-being

  • Learn tools for navigating life transitions

Counselling is a safe space to figure things out, one step at a time. We make it easier to get the support you need with no waitlist, fees you can afford, and flexible appointment options available in-person or online.

  • You can! Our sliding fee scale means you only pay what you can afford, even if that’s nothing at all. If the suggested rate doesn’t fit your budget, let your counsellor know. We’ll adjust it to make sure cost isn’t a barrier to you accessing support.

  • Not at all! You don’t need to hit rock bottom or go through a major life challenge to benefit from counselling. If something’s been on your mind, or you’re just feeling off lately, that’s reason enough. Counselling can help you talk about what’s going on, learn new coping strategies, and find a path forward—regardless of what you’re going through.

  • We check in with how you’re feeling before every session using a short questionnaire. Your answers help your counsellor understand what’s working, what’s not, and if any changes need to be made to better support you.

This approach, called Feedback-Informed Treatment (FIT), helps us tailor your counselling experience to your unique needs, so you can get the most out of every session.
