When you’re in crisis, waiting isn’t an option. That’s why our services have no waitlist. Once you register, you’ll typically be matched with a counsellor and can book your first appointment within two business days.
We believe money shouldn't be a barrier to accessing support. Our counselling fees are based on a sliding scale, so everyone can get the help they need, regardless of their ability to pay. If you’ve been quoted a fee that’s too high, rest assured we’ll work with you to find one that feels manageable. We never turn anyone away.
