How can you help?
Our counselling makes a difference to our community — individuals, couples, children, youth, and families. We don’t turn anyone away because they can’t afford to pay. Instead, we assess our fees on a sliding scale and offer subsidized counselling to those who can’t afford to pay.
That’s where our donors come in. Calgary Counselling Centre is a registered charitable organization. We rely on the generosity of organizations and individuals to ensure that affordable, effective counselling is accessible to everyone in our community who needs it.

Bell Let’s Talk
Bell Let’s Talk is a long-standing supporter of Calgary Counselling Centre, demonstrating a strong commitment to advancing mental health awareness and improving access to help across Canada. As a valued sponsor of National Depression Screening Day (NDSD) TV ads Bell has helped increase awareness of depression in our communities. Bell has also supported several important client programs over the years that have directly made a difference in the lives of men seeking help.
Bell’s most recent investment comes at a crucial time. Rising unemployment has left many young men feeling isolated and disconnected, often experiencing anxiety, depression, or feelings of worthlessness, while also facing barriers to accessing care. Unemployed and under-employed men ages 15–24 are especially at risk. Thanks to the support from Bell Let’s Talk, barrier-free access to professional counselling was provided by CCC when it mattered most, while also helping to normalize asking for help.
Young men are at a critical life stage, whether transitioning out of school, entering relationships, or living on their own for the first time. Bell’s investment promotes wellbeing, builds connection, and encourages young men to seek help despite the barriers – making a great impact!
The Bell Let’s Talk initiative continues to lead important conversations, reduce stigma, and inspire meaningful action in communities nationwide. Sincere thanks to Bell for their ongoing leadership, generosity, and dedication to building healthier, more resilient communities.
