Counselling offers a safe, supportive space to talk about challenges, reflect on life experiences, and explore new ways to stay connected and fulfilled. Our counsellors can help you:

  • Maintain meaning and purpose in daily life

We use a sliding fee scale to keep counselling affordable. If getting to appointments is difficult, you can choose between in-person or online sessions. Plus, with no waitlist or referrals needed, you can start counselling as soon as you’re ready.

 
  • Not at all! While many seniors come to counselling to work through challenges, but just as many use it to maintain mental well-being, strengthen connections, and explore new opportunities in life. Regardless of what you’re facing, we can help give you the tools to thrive.

  • If online sessions aren’t your preference, we offer in-person counselling at our downtown office. If online is more convenient for you, your counsellor can also walk you through how to join an online session step-by-step, so you can feel confident and supported.

  • Yes! Everything you share during a counselling sessions is kept confidential, unless there’s a serious concern for your safety or someone else’s. Your privacy and trust are always a top priority.
