Counselling that meets you where you’re at.

Every woman’s journey is unique. Our counsellors work alongside you to understand your story, your challenges, and your goals. Together, we’ll find strategies that fit your lifestyle and support the changes you want to make.

While everyone’s different, many women reach out when they’re:

  • Feeling overwhelmed by stress or anxiety

  • Struggling with low self-esteem or self-doubt

  • Navigating challenges in relationships or family life

  • Coping with grief, trauma, or big life changes

  • Trying to balance everyone else’s need with their own

  • Feeling unlike themselves, but not sure why

  • When you reach out for help, you shouldn’t have to wait. That’s why we don’t have a waitlist. Once you register, you’ll typically hear from your counsellor within a few business days to set up your first appointment.

  • We use a sliding fee scale, so that support is accessible to everyone. If the session rate you’re given  feels unmanageable, your counsellor can help adjust it. We never turn anyone away based on ability to pay! Our priority is making sure you receive support that works, regardless of what you can afford.

  • Anything that matters to you! Some women come to us for support with stress, burnout, relationships, or parenting. While others may come looking to navigate a big change or reconnect with themselves. No issue is too big or too small. If it’s affecting your well-being, we’re here to help. And if you’re not sure where to start, your counsellor will guide the conversation and help create an action plan that works for you.
