How can you help?

Our counselling makes a difference to our community — individuals, couples, children, youth, and families. We don’t turn anyone away because they can’t afford to pay. Instead, we assess our fees on a sliding scale and offer subsidized counselling to those who can’t afford to pay.

That’s where our donors come in. Calgary Counselling Centre is a registered charitable organization. We rely on the generosity of organizations and individuals to ensure that affordable, effective counselling is accessible to everyone in our community who needs it.

Donor Spotlight

Thank you to our 2025 National Depression Screening Day sponsors for your incredible support!

With the help of our sponsors, thousands of Albertans were able to check in on their mental health using our online screening quiz. Their support was invaluable in helping spread the message about NDSD to our community.

Bell Let’s Talk

We’re honoured to continue our partnership with Bell Let’s Talk, who returned this year as our 2025 National Depression Screening Day TV Sponsor for the ninth consecutive year. Bell’s ongoing support has been instrumental in raising awareness across Alberta, encouraging more people to take the online quiz and prioritize their mental health.

Since its launch in 2010, Bell Let’s Talk has grown into a national movement—sparking conversations, reducing stigma, and driving meaningful change in how Canadians think and talk about mental health. In 2025, Bell announced an additional $10 million commitment to support mental health across Canada, bringing their total investment to $184 million since the initiative began.

Bell Let’s Talk continues to partner with over 1,500 organizations nationwide, helping to expand access to care and support services in communities from coast to coast. We’re deeply grateful for Bell Let’s Talk’s continued dedication to mental health and their role in helping us reach more Albertans through television. Their support helps ensure that more people feel seen, supported, and empowered to take steps toward their wellbeing.

Thank you, Bell Let’s Talk, for your continued leadership and contributions to mental health, awareness and support across not only Alberta but Canada.
