Building Self Esteem

This action-oriented program is designed for individuals who struggle with low self-perception and esteem. It is designed for both men and women. This program helps individuals create a positive, stronger sense of self and make healthy choices.

The client must first have a one-on-one session with their counsellor to assess their individual case and evaluate if this program is a good fit.
