National Depression Screening Day – Thursday, October 6th
Take the free and anonymous online depression screening test
during the week of October 3-9
Life comes with challenges but you don’t have to face them alone.
Depression affects people of all ages and every walk of life, but depression is highly treatable, in fact it is the most treatable of all mental health issues and the faster you seek help the faster and better the results.
So take the screening test and get help if you need. Pass the link on to your family and friends. Everyone knows someone who is living with depression and taking the test may encourage them to reach out for help.
- 46% of Albertans experience depression or anxiety, only half of those seek help.
- In Calgary, between 4 and 8 teenagers in every classroom are depressed. Only half of them seek help.
