Our eating disorders program consists of two separate groups:
Towards Balanced Eating:
For those struggling with over-eating, binge eating, or compulsive eating this program will help you challenge the issue and get to the core of what is causing the behaviour.
Towards Healthy Eating:
For those struggling with risky dieting including food restriction, and binging and purging; this program will help you challenge the issue and discover the root of the problem.
Both groups are open to females and males of all ages who are experiencing disordered eating.
Themes for both groups include:
- Root of the eating disorder
- Self esteem
- Emotional health
- Boundary setting
- Communication and Relationships
- Healthy coping strategies
The client must first have a one-on-one session with their counsellor to assess their individual case and evaluate if this program is a good fit.
