In an effort to provide an exceptional experience to our clients, in August we launched the Appointment Reminder Text Messaging pilot. With this new automated service, our clients can receive reminders about their upcoming appointments.
Clients who wish to use this method can sign-up to receive text reminders, which are automatically sent 72 hours prior to their appointment. Clients can then confirm their appointment by simply replying “Y” to the message. The call centre number is also provided if they need to reschedule. The Centre’s new address is also included.
While the text message program is still in its pilot stage, we have seen great success thus far. If you are interested in receiving text message reminders, speak to reception during your next visit.
